FIELD SALES COORDINATOR
 
Reports to: Area Manager  
 
Job Summary:
 
Support the Area Manager and the Business Consultants as they carry out their functions to achieve the territory's business plan.
 
Duties & Responsibilities:
Generate copies and ensure delivery of the monthly Statement of Accounts (SOA) to all retailers in assigned territory;
Monitor payments and collection of outstanding receivables from retailers which includes, but not limited to trade receivables, station rent, withholding taxes, etc.;
Coordinate with the Business Consultant(s) and internal departments on the settlement of annual real property taxes pertaining to the improvements and equipment installed at company owned retail stations in the area of responsibility;
Assist Business Consultant(s) and retailers in securing Certificate of Compliance from the Department of Energy (DOE);
Assist Business Consultant(s) and the In-house Trainer in conducting various trainings intended for retailers and/or service station employees;
Responsible for the monitoring, management and movement of all pertinent documents between Head Office and the Field Office;
Coordinate with Customer Service Representative (CSR) and Penbrooke Trucking, Inc. (PTI) on matters concerning orders of retailers if and when necessary;
Assist Business Consultants in monitoring operation of COCOs and ROs within the area of responsibility, thereby ensuring strict compliance with the requirement of ensuring deposit of any and all amounts received from the sale of products and services to SCDI's nominated bank account by 1 p.m. of the next banking day;
Assist Business Consultant in applying and securing pertinent business permits (Mayor's, BIR, Fire, Permit to Operate, etc) for all RO/COCO stations with concerned government agencies as well as in the preparation and submission of various reports [quarter/annual] with Environmental Management Bureau (EMB).
 Assist the Area Manager on data gathering and analysis of information obtained through the trade area survey in relation with the network development program;
Take on the function as relief Business Consultant if and when the regular Business Consultant is unavailable due to training, on leave, or for whatever legitimate reason as approved by the Area Manager;
 May be asked to perform work functions of lower and/or higher job positions as deemed necessary by management.
Technical Skill Requirements:
Holder of a 4-year college degree preferably in the field of business, management, economics or engineering;
Work experience in the field of sales, marketing or customer service is an advantage;
 Working knowledge on the use of computers and proficient with Windows-based software; specifically, Excel, Word and Powerpoint;
Can effectively communicate in English both in written and oral form;
Knows how to drive and holder of a current Philippine driver's license;
Performance driven and result oriented;
Disciplined work ethic, can deliver required output with minimal supervision;
Maintains proper decorum when on the job;
Conscious of proper time management, observes promptness when attending set appointments/meetings and accomplishment of committed deliverables;
Adherent to and compliant with established procedures and processes.
