This position involves close collaboration with sales teams, operations, and compliance to ensure risk control, fraud prevention, and adherence to company policies while supporting business growth.Field work | RizalKey Responsibilities:Conduct regular field audits and inspections to monitor compliance with company policies and regulatory requirementsIdentify potential risks related to credit, fraud, and operational inefficiencies in field activitiesInvestigate and report incidents of fraud, misconduct, or non-compliance in the fieldCollaborate with Sales, Operations, and Risk teams to develop risk mitigation strategiesSupport the onboarding and training of field staff on risk awareness and control proceduresPrepare detailed reports on risk assessments, incidents, and recommended actionsLiaise with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to local regulations and internal controlsMonitor and analyze field data to identify trends and potential risk exposuresAssist in improving policies, processes, and controls to minimize risk while enabling business objectivesQualifications:Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field2+ years experience in risk management, audit, or compliance, preferably in fintech or financial servicesStrong analytical and investigative skillsKnowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a team, often in field environments * Proficiency with data analysis tools and reporting software
