Validates and performs due diligence of endorsed Company Owned Site leads
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Validate data submitted by REOs
2. Identify preferred market areas
3. Endorses site viability
Preferred Qualifications for the Role:
Graduate of a bachelors degree preferably Management, Economics, Engineering, Business Courses, or equivalent
With driver's license and can drive manual transmission
With at least 3 year experience in sales, land acquisition, audit or fuel from any industry but preferably from oil and gas and real estate
With MS Excel basic knowledge
With keen attention to detail
With good presentation, communication, and people skills
With sense of ownership, urgency and accountability
With effective organization, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
With Remarkable desire to act with integrity and embrace accountability in making things better for customers
Realistic Job Preview: Field based validating the data submitted by the acquisition team regarding site feasibility
Preferably Davao based ; candidates from other Mindanao areas can be considered provided that the experience is very relevant
Area/s to cover: Whole Mindanao
With familiarity of the area/s to cover
Expectations from the Candidates:
Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.
Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance. The complete list will be provided by the recruiter.
In the event candidates are hired, they would be required to submit hard copies of all the pre-employment requirements and pass the medical exam and background check before onboarding.
