Description & RequirementsThe Field Operations Business Manager, Associate reports directly to the Sales Operations Team Lead and provides support to the global license sales team. The responsibilities include Managing CRM System to ensure data accuracy and accessibility. Evaluate sales data to identify trends and provide insights that help improve sales strategies. Provide support to sales teams by streamlining processes and improving operational efficiency. You will collaborate across departments such as Business Development, Finance and Marketing to align strategies and optimize performance.Required SkillsWhat You Will Need:
Good English communication skills verbal and written
Experience or exposure to CRM solutions
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in sales operations or sales support role.
Proficient skills in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
A team player
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication, Business, and Information Technology.

Exposure to CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, or others) is preferred.
Basic to intermediate SQL skills for troubleshooting and reporting.
A Day In The Life Typically Includes
Provide end-user support across enterprise applications, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
Create, maintain, and enhance SharePoint Online (off-prem) pages/sites for business collaboration.
Collaborate with IT Support to administer CLM solutions (e.g., ICertis or similar platforms), including user access, workflows, and incident troubleshooting.
Collaborate with IT support for CPQ applications (Infor CPQ or other solutions), assisting business teams in quoting and configuration processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to resolve functional and technical issues.
Perform SQL queries for troubleshooting, data validation, and reporting purposes.
Document issues, solutions, and contribute to a growing knowledge base.
Collaborate with IT Project Team in application testing, user training, and enhancements.
