2. Has strong field operations background
3. Strong leadership, problem solving and analytical skills
4. Experience in medical field is an advantage
5. Excellent in written and oral communication
6. Based in NCR but will go on a regular fieldwork in various parts of the country.
7. Microsoft office savvy
8. Graduate of any 4-year course
