Manage the area activation agency in general
Ensure On Time and In Full Execution of national and local activities and Perfect Stores
Manpower deployment
Ensure Control measures are followed for activation budgets, merch materials and premiums
Business Partnering with Field Sales
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor Degree with at least 2 years of experience in vendor management, activations and customer development
Strong leadership skills
High Attention to details
Strong interpersonal skills
Very good communication skills
Amenable to doing field work within North / Central Luzon areas
