JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists the Project Engineer in all its general functions and duties.
Assist the Project Engineer in preparing the regular reports required (monthly/weekly basis) and submit them to the Construction and Implementation Manager (CIM)/ Project Monitoring Team/ VP Operations.
Assist the Project Engineer in preparing revisions of the projected S-Curve for implementation, projected equipment utilization schedule, projected manpower schedule, projected material estimates.
Enforce safety policies and guidelines at the project level.
Ensuring if safety policies and guidelines at the project level are properly enforced.
Investigate violations and complaints of personnel.
Assists the Project Engineer to recommend, implement, and evaluate project needs and site policies.
Coordinates with the liaison officer for the preparation of project billings.
Prepare timely petty cash liquidations and submit them to the Cashier.
Conduct lab test as directed by the QAS Officer/Supervisor/Asst. Manager.
Prepare report as directed by the QAS Asst. Manager.
Ensure proper handling of test instruments.
Perform other relevant tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
At least a Civil Engineering graduate
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and related software such as AutoCAD, Staad Pro or sketch
Good records-keeping and technical skills
Good moral character
Good communication skills.
