Field Engineer for plastic machinery field engineering department will provide supervisory / technical advisory support for the customer for the installation, pre-commissioning & commissioning, and maintenance of LCM Pelletizing System.
Supervisory service for installation of LCM pelletizing system. To act only in the advisory capacity. To interpret drawings/documents and to advise customer regarding the sequence of steps in the installation work of LCM Pelletizing System. To explain the detail of installation work procedure of LCM Pelletizing System. To conduct inspection work needed for installation of LCM pelletizing system such as centering, levelling, coupling alignment and gear tooth contact inspection and to prepare inspection reports, daily reports and final report.
Supervisory service for pre-commissioning/Commissioning of LCM pelletizing system. To act only in the advisory capacity. To interpret drawing / documents and to advise customer regarding the sequence of steps in the pre-commissioning/commissioning works of LCM Pelletizing System. To check if each machine and equipment has been set as per the specification. To check operation circuits and adjust function/operation of each machine/equipment. To measure the abnormality in each machine and equipment during no load trial run and operation of LCM Pelletizing System. To record data of the trial run, prepare inspection report, daily reports and final report.
Supervisory service for maintenance of LCM Pelletizing System. To act only in the advisory capacity. To interpret drawing / documents and to advise customer regarding the sequence of steps in the maintenance works of LCM Pelletizing System. To explain features and components of LCM Pelletizing System and its function. To conduct inspection work needed for maintenance of LCM Pelletizing System. To prepare inspection report, daily report and final report.
QUALIFICATIONS:
 Mechanical Engineering Graduate or Technical School Graduate with enough working experience in installation, commissioning and maintenance of LCM Pelletizing System or related machineries in petrochemical plant. Knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Outlook Good active listening, written and verbal communication skills
