Field Engineer ( mepf )Ideal Builders Development Corp.

General Function:
The position is responsible in assisting the project in charge completing engineering or construction projects and controlling project elements as required by the project schedule.
Duties and Tasks:
Reports to the project in charge. Acts as the project in charge for small projects
Prepare, review and distribute site instructions
Maintain job files and as-built plans
Develop and maintain schedule with the Foreman's input.
Inspect/verify material deliveries.
Ensure company procedures and standards are maintained
Analyzing and resolving field construction issues.
Job Qualifications:
Must be an Engineering Graduate preferably with a degree in Civil Engineering
At least 1 year experience in building construction
Has extensive experience in construction projects involving vertical or horizontal structures,
Subdivisions development
Knowledgeable in Autocad and Microsoft Office Applications
Knowledgeable in cost estimates, quantity survey & quality control
Preferably has experienced ( MEPF)
Conscientious in making progress reports
Proficient in plan evaluation & interpretation-
Can work with minimum supervision
Honest, competent and a team player
