Duties & Responsibilities
· Installation, troubleshoot and maintenance of Point-of-Sale terminals
· Answers basic merchant queries and troubles
· Interacts & communicates with merchants to resolve basic POS terminal issues in a professional manner maintaining confidentiality.
· Prepares engineering report
· Knowledgeable or experienced in basic troubleshooting and repair of point devices
· Good analytical, communication and organizational skills
· Has pleasing personality and good working attitude
· Presentable, fast learner and has good customer relations skills
· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or its equivalent
·Residing at Davao City
. Preferably with own motorcycle
· Willing to work on shifting schedule, field work, and extended hours
· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
