Job Summary
The Field Communication Officer will be part of the regional team reporting to the Regional Manager. The role will support the region in ensuring that the sponsorship requirements will be met in a timely and efficient manner and in accordance with the guidelines and SDO standards. The role will also help build the capacity of the focal persons and area leaders in terms of meeting SDO requirements.
EDUCATION and/or Experience
College Graduate of any course relevant to the position, preferably Social Sciences, Behavioral Sciences, Social Work
Able to command respect in the community
Experience in training adults and different sectors
Experience in an INGO or similar agency will be an advantage
Experience working with children is essential
Must be a Filipino residing in the Philippines
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 3
Language(s): English ,Tagalog
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Communication and persuasion, Leadership, Technology, Information technology
Availability for travel: Yes
Availability for change of residence: Yes
