Requirements
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Ensure the achievement of monthly DSO Budget and other KPIs targets.
Ensure timely delivery of invoices and pick up of payments.
Ensure accuracy of payment details.
To be responsible for chasing outstanding debts from customers and meeting collection targets in order to maintain positive cash flow.
To assign receipts to invoices and credit notes so that customer balances show the correct debt due to ensure that debtor information is accurate.
To be responsible in identifying slow moving accounts noting key details on the Credit Control System so that delinquent debts are escalated for case management.
Ensure all Customer complaints & inquiries are acted as a matter of urgency and importance following the company SOPs and 2/24 promise
Ensure all required documents (IDAR, Service Cards and Service Reports) for Pest Control and Hygiene are attached in the invoices before delivering to the customers.
Do you have what it takes? If you want to be considered for this role you will need:
Must know how to drive 4 wheel vehicle or motorcycle
With Professional Driver's License (Restriction 1,2,3)
At least Vocational Course Graduate
Fast Learner and can work with minimum supervision.
Good communication Skills and Customer Service Oriented
Willing to be trained for career growth.
