Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for outside plant installation, including framing, mounting, pulling and grounding
Responsible in proper cable laying and tensioning
Understand the standards, materials, techniques and equipment used in the installation, maintenance and repair of fiber optic OSP/ISP
Have the ability to read understand prints, and specification sheets
Learn to follow design engineers instructions and specification, maintain the scope of work on project
Climb up to 50 feet
Experienced in bucket truck operation
Accurately complete daily production form, project activity reports and all other documentation pertaining to work assignments.
Perform housekeeping duties for assigned vehicles and tools.
Record and document testing per customer specification.
Perform daily duties in a safe manner.
Consistently maintain a professional working attitude with co-workers and customers.
Further industry knowledge on an ongoing basis.
Uphold quality workmanship surpassing industry standards.
Perform other duties that maybe assigned by the immediate superior.
