Job Description
The FG Warehouse Staff - External is responsible for effective and efficient quantity checking form Receiving of FG materials, Warehouse Inventory management and control to Finished Goods dispatch at external warehouse.
Warehouse Inventory and Storage * Conduct a daily count for FG Inventory and ensure to update the Inventory Monitoring File
Monitors and submits a regular report on FG aging. Near to expiration products should be reported immediately.
Monitors Finished Goods condition during the conduct of the physical daily count.
Non-conformance products should be recorded and reported accordingly.
Ensures that all incoming FG are correct in type and quantity for an accurate warehouse inventory.
Mindful of giving feedback on any discrepancies in FG receiving.
Ensures that all FG movements in the warehouse are properly documented
Conduct Weekly recon of FG Inventory Physical Vs System
Ensure all receiving documents are duly signed and piled accordingly as part of documentation and traceability.
Ensures First In First out Inventory for FG stocks.
Ensures Finished Goods storage are within pilmico warehousing standards and Pest Control Management Standards.
Outbound Finished Goods * Ensures that all Finished Goods for dispatch are correct quantity and in good condition.
Ensures trucks/vans passed the inspection checklist prior to stuffing to ensure safe and reliable deliveries of Finished Goods.
Ensure all documents are duly signed and piled accordingly as part of documentation and traceability.
Mindful of giving feedback on any discrepancies in dispatch.
Other Duties
Performs other tasks as may be directed by immediate superior.
Qualifications
Education:
Graduate of any 2 years vocational course but preferably Bachelor's Degree holder in management
Experience:
Preferably at least one (1) year experience on manufacturing or warehousing in feeds or any similar industry
