FG Warehouse Assistant
The Job Purpose Statement
Stores, documents and releases Finished Goods inventory following standard warehousing procedures to ensure inventory accuracy, protected from damage, contamination and theft.

The Nature and Scope of the Job
Supervises the retrieval (from storage location) and preparation of FG products for issuance or delivery based on pick list.
Prepares picklist for loading based on Daily delivery schedule, SO instructions, SOH vs SO quantity.
Counts and inspects the prepared products in the preparation area to ensure that products are of the right quantity, free from damage.
Supervises the receipt of Finished Goods from Packaging Department and
assigns zone/ location for storage. * Counts and inspects received products to ensure that it is complete and free from defects. Reconcile with Packaging Supervisor, in case of discrepancy.
Updates inventory status and prepares report on the movement of inventory, for use of Sales, Production Planning and Materials Planning.
Regularly checks the quality and external appearance of stocks to ensure there are no damage or contamination.
Executes and monitors the transfer of FG from FG1 to FG2
Conducts regular cycle count to ensure accurate inventory
Follows 5S, EMS and Safety standards in the conduct of warehousing
Working Relationships
Contacts PRDTS on batch selection and customer selection
Contacts QA/QC on quarantined products and releases from quarantine
Coordinates with Maintenance Planner on forklift maintenance
Coordinates with Packaging Department on inventory count and products for re-bagging/ recycling.

The Major Challenges of the Job
The position is tasked with the release of company asset amounting to millions of pesos and this has to be done under time pressure and error-free
Decision Making Authority
Conducts appraisal of Forklift operators and Utility
Last line quality inspection of FG before release
Qualifications and Experiences
Graduate of Four-year degree course preferably Engineering, Computer Science or any business-related course
Minimum Two (2) years relevant experience in warehousing, materials handling, inventory control.
Computer literate familiar with Windows based-applications with Knowledge of any logistics related software.
Knowledge in forklift operation with valid driver's license.
Must be a person of integrity, patient and can work well under pressure.
