Maximize the use of labor through existing plant tooling capacities and facilities to achieve optimum production output and meet customer requests.

College graduate, preferably Industrial Engineering
High Communication and influencing skills
Top fresh grads are welcome; previous supply chain experience is a plus
High analytical, critical thinking, and mathematical skills
Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
