- At least 1 year experience in timekeeping and payroll is a must
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Highly computer literate
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Works well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Job Description:
· Recruitment Process
- Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
- Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
- Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
- Preparing new employee files
· Payroll
- Processing payroll
- Answering payroll questions
- Facilitating resolutions to any payroll errors
· Making of pay slips
· Preparing statement of accounts for clients
· Record Maintenance
- Provide clerical and administrative support
- Maintaining organized and up-to-date employee records
- Other tasks may be assigned from time to time
Salary: 537/day
Schedule: Monday to Saturday (reporting everyday at the office)
