The Feed Mill Engineer will be assigned in the following tasks:
FME (Feed Mill Engineer) will operate and maintain the different equipment in Feed Milling operation and shall ensure the optimum operation and utilization of all equipment and utilities.
Compliance to quality plans, policies and standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Ensure continuous operation and optimize efficiency of the plant. Make sure that all daily targets are met in conformance with quality standards.
Ensure availability of Quality Feeds at the right time.
Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure 100% avalability of equipment.
Analyze data to further improve the overall performance of the Feed Mill plant. Record all data for analysis for further improvement of the plant and for future reference.
Qualifications:
Candidate must be a licensed Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics or Chemical Engineer.
Must have a basic knowledge in Feed Mill equipment operation and maintenance.
Must be knowledgeable in various applications such as microsoft word, excel, powerpoint and autocad).
Must be willing to be assigned in Tarlac City, Tarlac.
