FARM TEAM LEADER
 
Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Experience
Experience in vegetable gardening, landscaping, or agriculture graduate.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Must know how to drive a motorcycle and hold a valid driver's license.
Knowledge of organic farming practices is an advantage.
Good communication and problem-solving skills. 
Preferred local resident within Carmen Cebu or nearby Municipalities.
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervision & Leadership
Lead and guide the vegetable garden team in daily tasks.
Assign work and ensure it is completed on time and to standard.
Motivate and support team members for better performance.
Garden Operations
Plan, organize, and oversee planting, watering, weeding, fertilizing, and harvesting.
Monitor plant health and apply solutions to pests, diseases, or nutrient problems.
Implement crop rotation and planting schedules for continuous production.
Maintenance
Ensure tools, equipment, and irrigation systems are in good working order.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the garden area.
Record Keeping & Reporting
Document planted crops, harvest results, and distribution.
Submit regular progress updates and concerns to the supervisor.
Training & Development
Teach team members proper gardening techniques and safety measures.
Encourage eco-friendly and sustainable gardening practices.
Transportation
Drive a motorcycle for work-related tasks such as transporting tools, supplies, areas to check, or reports when necessary. 
Safety & Compliance
Ensure all gardening and driving activities follow safety guidelines.
Promote safe, responsible, and sustainable work practices.
