1. Ensure strict implementation of Biosecurity measures within the hatchery and breeder area at all times
2. Evaluates hatch performance located on the standard hatch performance and to produce quality and healthy ducklings.
3. Responsible for the regular preventive maintenance of machines.
4. Ensure proper feeding, watering, and medication.
5. Ensure acceptable mortality rate or do not exceed the standards.
6. Ensure accurate calculation of feed and medicine consumption.
7. Does technical coaching to subordinates.
8. Secure and accomplish inventory and production records

Requirements:
