Description:
The Farm manager/ Management Trainee will be trained to achieve the following objectives:
» Lgain all the technical expertise necessary to raise quality RTL and high performing Layer Chicken;
» Gain expertise on the processes and procedures in egg processing plant and familiarize with the different audit requirements of ISO and our valued customers;
» practice all essential farm activities done in various Farms to recommend improvements;
» Develop people handling expertise and leadership abilities during the immersion;
» Pass all assessments given after every department immersion;
» Accomplish a comprehensive study on processes, routines, management program, or efficiency aspects approved by the management which will give more value to the company at the end of the training program.
Requirements:
» Graduate of Bachelor of Animal Science, BS Agriculture and/or Agricultural Engineering, BS in Industrial Engineering, BS in Electrical Engineering, Food Technology or any related course.
» Received academic, leadership abilities and/or extracurricular awards;
» With effective oral and written communication expertise;
» With good leadership abilities qualities and a team player;
» Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
» Interest must be in Layer Operations.
» candidates must be willing to work and stay in the farm located at Tarlac/ Central Luzon.
