Responsibilities :
» Attend everyday production briefing;
» Submit transparent and accurate everyday production reports, checklists and records;
» Report on the spot any unusual incident or problem encountered;
» Rescue and act as counter checker during harvest;
» Effect, monitor and ensure proper execution of bio-security and company policies;
» Train subordinates regarding bio-security measures and basic management practices;
» Complete set tasks assigned by superiors;
» Perform other tasks or functions that will be assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
Appropriate qualifications:
» Graduate of Bachelor of Animal Science, BS Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Extension Education, Agribusiness Management, Agricultural Economics, and/or Bachelor of Agricultural Technology;
» With effective oral and written communication expertise;
» With good leadership abilities qualities and a team player;
» Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
»Position title will be Stockman (Farm manager) to be assigned in Breeder or Broiler Operations.
»Area of assignment can be in North, Central, and South Luzon
