Job Description:
Ensures timely collections of accounts receivable (A/R) by generating weekly aging report and daily hold list and through proper coordination with key persons (i.e. collectors and customers).
Resolves customer concerns related to A/R by sending statement of accounts and following-up or sending demand letters to customers and by communicating problems to the Sales Team.
Verifies information provided by customers to validate existence and validity of the customer account.
Updates customer A/R status by following-up customers for the completion of documents, reconciling deductions from transactions made and credit memos and by encoding all collections to the accounting system.
Requirements
Graduate of Accountancy or Business Related Courses
At least 1 - 2 years' experience in Accounts Receivables, Billing and Reconciliation
Proficient in using MS Office
Must have experience in using SAP system
Work location is in Muntinlupa City
