Responsibilities
Safe Transportation:
Driving family members to and from work, school, appointments, social events, and other destinations as needed. 
Vehicle Maintenance:
Ensuring the vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and in good working condition, including regular cleaning, fueling, and minor upkeep. 
Errand Running:
Assisting with tasks like grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, or other errands as requested. 
Navigation and Scheduling:
Planning efficient routes, using navigation systems, and adapting to changes in schedules or routes. 
Safety and Security:
Ensuring the safety of passengers and their belongings, adhering to traffic laws, and maintaining a safe driving record. 
Communication:
Communicating effectively with family members, other household staff, and potentially external service providers.
Required skills and qualifications
Valid Driver's License:
A valid driver's license is essential, and experience with different types of vehicles (e.g., automatic, manual) may be required. 
Driving Experience:
Previous experience as a family driver or personal driver is often preferred. 
Knowledge of Local Routes:
Familiarity with local routes and nearby areas is helpful. 
Professionalism and Discretion:
Maintaining a professional demeanor, being discreet, and handling sensitive information with care. 
Excellent Driving Record:
A clean driving record is crucial for demonstrating safe driving practices. 
Physical Fitness:
The role may require physical activity such as loading and unloading luggage. 
Communication Skills:
Strong communication skills are important for interacting with family members and others. 
Individual KPI :
Punctuality: Arriving on time for appointments and scheduled pick-ups.
Safety Record: Maintaining a clean driving record with no accidents or traffic violations.
Vehicle Maintenance: Completing regular maintenance checks and addressing any issues promptly.
Client Feedback: Positive feedback from family members regarding service quality and professionalism.
