1) Responsible for equipment, testing, troubleshooting and sustaining including spare parts managements and other peripherals. (20)
2) Performs Regular Preventive Maintenance and Calibration Coordination (if applicable) as defined. (20)
3) Supports documentation needed for each machine requirement and ensure compliance to quality standards. (15)
4) Supports Reliability Testing as needed and basic documentation of test results (15)
5) Initiates improvement particularly on equipment performance and performs other tasks related to laboratory operations and participate on company driven activities like Safety and 6S. (15)
6) Communicate and report all machine related to concerns to FA Engineer and Reliability Engineer and coordinates with other departments such as but not limited to Facilities, Production, etc.
Other duties as assigned.
