Real-time analysis to be able to return the failed parts back to production for the re-test. 3. Timely disposition of received failed parts from production. 4. Update Test Coverage Analysis for every new component failure analysis to identify production test coverage gap. 5. Update the Failure Catalogue for every new component failure as documentation reference for analysis. 6. Setup Failure analysis bench/area for new products and provide necessary analysis tools prior series production. 7. Immediate escalation of detected component issue through QAR issuance and provision of information to Quality and team. 8. Collaborate with SQM for every Supplier related issues. 9. Collaborate with Test Engineering the analysis to get more information and come up with the best containment and solution to the issue. 10. Establish a strong and good collaboration with FA WRC Ingolstadt and FA WRC Japan to speedup analysis and increase success rate in getting the real root cause of the failure. 11. Identify training needs for Technicians, conduct training and technical sharing in order to increase staff technical knowledge and performance. 12. Maintain the team member's high motivation by giving them challenging tasks and providing good assistance and support. 13. Ensure that all materials for disposals are properly disposed by the team. 14. Support HR's CRS by attending such activities. 15. Support and Maintain a good team atmosphere/work environment. 16. Live the culture of Malasakit. Qualifications REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: 1. Knowledge in Electronics and Circuit Analysis 2. Knowledge in PCB Test and Flashing ( e,g ICT & Flash Function Test ) 3. Knowledge in different analysis tools/equipment (e.g Oscilloscope, DMM, Curve Tracer ) 4.Soldering of electrical components to PCB 5. Structured Problem Solving through DMAIC 6. MES Traceability ( A&R, Camline and Data Extraction ) REQUIRED EXPERIENCES: 1. Atleast a graduate of Electronics Engineering Course or related 2. Relevant experience in Failure Analysis Engineering for Electronics Company - required 3. Understanding of manufacturing and procurement/supply chain 4.
