Job Description:
Performs failure analysis on customer returns, production's maverick lots or non-conforming products mostly to device/wafer related defects or more complex in nature
Performs failure analysis / studies on product reliability for continuous improvement
Interface / communicates with other ON Semiconductor Laboratories for analysis sharing and review
Interface / communicates result of analysis to QA personnel, manufacturing and test process, including wafer fabrication sites for corrective and preventive action
Publish failure analysis report
Recommend Product Analysis processes improvement or best practices
Comply to company policies and industry standard requirements
