The Faculty Development Coordinator is generally responsible for coordinating and monitoring the implementation of programs and projects on capacity building of faculty members within the STI network. This includes, but is not limited to, Faculty Competency Certification and Faculty Training. The Faculty Development Coordinator is expected to work closely with the Academic Operations Managers, Senior School Administrators, the Training Department, as well as faculty members for the efficient and effective implementation of the services provided by the department.
Educational and Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education, Information Technology, or any related field.
Experience and Competency Requirements:
With hands-on experience on the use of MS Office applications (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher).
Preferably with experience in identifying personnel training and development needs.
Preferably with experience in using a learning management system.
