The Faculty Courseware Developer develops Learning Materials (curriculum, courseware, and standard periodical examinations) that are accurate, relevant, updated, and adhere to curricular standards. S/he works closely with the Courseware Development Head to ensure that the courseware and exam development processes, policies, and work instructions are adhered to. S/he coordinates with the Instructional Designer to ensure that the instructional methods and learning objectives are aligned with the courseware content and works closely with the Digital Learning Group in creating interactive digital content
Graduate of a bachelor's degree related to Business Administration / Marketing / Retail Management
Preferably a holder of a postgraduate degree related to business
Advantage if a licensed teacher
Preferably with relevant industry experience related to the area of specialization
Preferably with experience in teaching and in writing a courseware, book, and/or manual
