About the role
The Factory Automation Manager will lead the factory automation team with the objective of providing Engineering digital solutions for built-in quality and robust process for all products delivered to customers
What you will do
Provision of Digital Quality Firewalls and Dashboards
Capacity & Yield improvement through engineering solutions.
Provides automated tools to aid in the root cause analysis and formulation of corrective actions for Customer / line chronic issues.
Drive alternate connectivity for legacy improvement.
Ensure the team deliver the expected output;
Effective Firewalls
Robust Process & Control
Project Completion
What you will need
Degree in Computer, Electronics, Electrical or related Engineering
Minimum 15 years of working experience in semiconductor industry.
Excellent Managerial Skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skill with an extremely positive attitude towards working as a team.
Broad technical knowledge in problem solving analytical skill
Self-motivated, possess initiative and ability to work independently
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent programming skills in software development tools like Java, Python, VB.net, PHP and others.
Excellent knowledge in Spotfire, PowerBI, data science, and other analytical tool.
Excellent knowledge in SECS/GEM protocol and other machine integration tools.
