Criteria:
- BS Mechanical Engineering graduate preferably Registered Mechanical Engineer
- With 1 to 2 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing industry as maintenance
- Strong mechanical skills and basic knowledge in electrical
- Can interpret engineering drawing
- Service oriented, proactive and understand work efficiencies
- Basic knowledge in AutoCad
- Proficient MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Job Responsibilities:
- Daily inspect equipment operations of mechanical, electrical, building life support systems and other building equipment
- Document finding on daily rounds logs and technicians log
- Respond to emergency calls and report malfunctions of utility system, i.e., electrical, mechanical and other building services
- Recommend temporary solutions to equipment and building problems in order to sustain current building operations
- Prepare technician's work schedule
- Assist the Energy Manager on the energy optimization program
- Perform other tasks as may be required
