Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or any related technical/vocational course specializing in building maintenance
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Must be skilled in plumbing, electrical, mechanical works, air-conditioning and refrigeration maintenance and repair, and ventilation system maintenance
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct inspection of reported problems and recommend possible corrective actions for received job orders
Report to concerned department the result of the repair done or the response on the job order received
Update the preventive maintenance schedule regularly
Clean and maintain storage area of maintenance tools and equipment
Request replacement or repair of maintenance equipment, if needed
Wear the prescribed PPEs when conducting preventive maintenance especially on critical areas
Report any encountered problems or issues during the conduct of inspection of facilities and other areas
