Job Description
LOCATION: ORTIGAS, PASIG CITY
Job Summary:
Inspects and audits maintenance activities for electrical, mechanical, civil, sanitation, housekeeping and CIT support facilities and equipment
Implements the maintenance plans/projects/programs
Assists in cost monitoring and control of maintenance plans/projects/programs/contracts
Implements the repair of electrical, mechanical, civil, sanitation and CIT support facilities
Coordinates and monitor job orders and actual work of service provider
Validates work accomplishments as per contract specifications to Contract Administration
Oversees execution of power, data, and communication cabling infrastructure by service provider at Meralco Corporate Headquarters
Executes the plan, schedule of construction / rehabilitation / repair of electrical, mechanical, civil, sanitation and CIT support facilities and equipment
Supervises and monitors maintenance project, including costs and schedules
Conducts Field inspection and quality control/audit of the construction implementation of plans/projects/programs
Prepares, delegates and supervises job order requests and complaints resolution
Executes recommended solutions/trouble shooting on problems involving electrical, mechanical, civil, sanitation, CIT support facilities and office machines
Executes recommended technical assistance and support requirement of entire enterprise and One Meralco
Assists and provides logistics support to the entire enterprise
Qualifications:
Graduate of Finished vocational/technical course related to electrical and mechanical course or college degree holder
At least three (3) years experience in operations and maintenance or if newly graduated, has exemplary record
Has good business communication skills
Has exhibited integrity and has good moral character
