FACILITY ENGINEER
Job Description
Evaluates the general condition of all facility equipment
Formulates, facilitates, and oversees the implementation of corrective actions to address abnormalities and preventive actions for potential abnormalities related to facility maintenance
Coordinates with other departments on issues related to energy and water conservation
Job Qualification
Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer
With knowledge and background in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair
With good communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience in Facility or Building Maintenance is not necessary but an advantage
