FUNCTIONAL OVERVIEW: ?
The Facilities Technician task is to ensure the overall upkeep of the facility their handling is within company's standard. Could easily adapt working with peers, contractors, and clients. ?
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ?
? * Daily monitoring of site/s facilities, equipment and leased office
? * Update all Monitoring Forms
? * Maintains basic facilities and office space ensuring the show readiness of all areas
? * Ensures that periodic preventive maintenance of equipment and facilities such as but not limited to air-conditioning system, fire extinguisher, emergency lights, emergency exit signages are properly implemented and followed as scheduled
? * Daily monitoring/closing of tickets filed via facilities ticketing system
? * Performs basic on-site repairs as needed for electrical, mechanical. Plumbing, and civil works
? * Task in hauling facilities assets/materials from site to site
? * Monitor and assist third party vendors on their activities and projects (if any)
? * Can work holidays and on call on weekends during emergency situations
? * Travel to other office sites
? * Other tasks to be assigned from time to time
? ?

MINIMUM COMPETENCIES: ?
? * Knowledgeable in electrical, mechanical, plumbing and civil works (two of any)
? ?
? * Knowledgeable in refrigeration and air-conditioning, and fire protection
? ?
? * Can work with minimum supervision and on fast phased environment
? ?

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: ?
? * Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Courses certificate Bachelor's/College Degree
? * At least two (2) years working experience related to Facilities management and/or building maintenance
? * Can use MS office applications and is computer literate
