About the job:
This position requires and is responsible for the in-plant operation of existing facilities equipment & maintenance and ensures normal operation at all time. Supervising the whole Facilities smooth implementation of activities in Facilities operation to meet production goals, with quality and cost objectives considered.
In this role, you will develop schedules and oversee manpower requirements for assigned areas. You will also be responsible in assigning personnel distribution to ensure efficient operation.
In this dynamic role, you'll work with cross functional team to understand, analyze and provide actions to meet TI requirements and goal.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsible on the following system: HVAC/Chiller, Vibration Analysis, Lazer alignment
Lead the shifting facilities support operation & maintenance team in the achievement of company goals.
Ensure compliance to business requirements such as zero human error.
Ensure that goals and metrics are met which include: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity
Collaborate with Engineering, Operations Managers, Planning, and Quality Assurance personnel to ensure smooth operation.
Respond and report quickly any production issues and facilities system interruption to immediate supervisor or facilities manager and inform system owner for corrective action.
Review and maintain system monitors and log sheets and report any irregularities.
Update Event Manager for any near miss and interruption event.
Ensure facilities equipment are maintained and operate within specifications.
Review, improve, implement and communicate standard operation procedures (SOP) and process controls on all related systems.
Perform spares inventory verification on a quarterly basis to ensure spares availability.
Manage the system maintenance costs and implement cost savings projects.
Rotate operation of standby equipment quarterly to ensure functionality and reliability.
Interface with concern employees on the status of facilities utilities and equipment maintenance related activities.
Perform particle count weekly in the cleanroom and quarterly for the CDA and N2 system.
Implement general and system 5S to all facilities area.
Minimum requirements:
At least 2 (two) years of Industrial Technology or Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electro-mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics.
At least 5 (five) years relevant experience on facilities
Strong understanding and technical exposure related to operation & maintenance of facilities utilities system and good skills in troubleshooting.
o Basic Air condition system (Chiller /AHU/MAU/FCU), CDA, PVAC, EXHAUST, RO/DI/EDI, LN2, Forming gas , UPS, GENERATOR, SUBSTATION and other facilities equipment system.
o Basic knowledge on Vibration Analyzer & Lazer alignment tools.
o CMMS/FMS system
o Basic knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, refrigeration, PLC & controls system aspects.
Ability to lead the support team and collaborate with different teams across multiple levels and functions
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Capable of maintaining a clear flow of information across the organization and concerned parties.
Computer/software skills - Outlook, Excel, Word, SAP
