•Responsible for operating and maintaining all areas covered by Facilities Operations and Maintenance (such as: Office and Equipment shed, DI plant system, Waste water treatment plant system, Fire protection system, Scrubber and Exhauster system, Cold storage and Direct expansion aircon system, Compressed dry air system, Vacuum pump system, Process cooling water system, Nitrogen and Forming gas system, Chiller and chilled water system, Generator set and Power supply system, etc.) to prevent any potential interruption to production.
•Initiate process/utility readings, data analysis, conduct technical troubleshooting and submit shift reports.
•Perform allied Mechanical/Electrical installation jobs and recommend innovative ideas in aiming to improve Facility Operations and Maintenance to include Energy/Water Conservations and Simplification of operation/maintenance techniques.
•Coordinate with customers on any facilities related issues and provide actions for immediate resolution.
•Strict compliance of Engineering, Environmental, Safety and Quality specifications of different Facility processes.
