Job Description:
Supervises and monitor the employees under the Facilities Department
Monitor schedule of staffs as prescribed by the management
Overall in-charge of the cleanliness and conditions of the facility.
Ensuring that furniture & fixtures are presentable & functional.
Responsible for the operation and maintenance, repairs of equipments.
Special projects in charge
Monitoring of Company vehicles
Responsible for training new employees under Facilities Department
Ensuring that a safe and equitable environment exists at all times
Ensure the proper use and care of equipment.
See that all staffs are present and at their assigned areas when they are scheduled to work. If not, the Facility Supervisor is responsible for finding a replacement for that shift and for reporting this absence on the assigned Department.
Being able to complete tasks efficiently and without very close supervision.
Continually walk around the facility checking all to ensure security, observing equipment for defects, observing staffs for misuse of equipment or inappropriate conduct, and general encouragement of staffs.
Other duties as assigned.
