FACILITIES SUPERVISOR - hvacARDCORP - MAIN

Job Description
Supervise the hvac maintenance team to ensure high-performance delivery. Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance tasks for hvac systems.
Ensure compliance with hvac codes and safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections and coordinate necessary repairs.
Oversee quality control of hvac installations and repairs. Manage work orders, maintenance records and budgets.
Train, mentor and supervise hvac technicians to maintain high standards of performance and safety.
Coordinate with the hvac engineer on major hvac projects and upgrades.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 7 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Electrical/Electronic) or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Experience in managing HVAC systems in luxury properties. Proven leadership and team management skills
Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, energy management and indoor air quality standards.
Advanced technical certification or diploma in HVAC Engineering or a related field or extensive hands-on experience.
Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting Sindalah's luxury standards.
Strong English skills, both written and verbal are mandatory
