Job Description
Supervise the civil maintenance team to ensure high-quality repairs and maintenance of building structures
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
Conduct regular inspections and coordinate necessary repairs
Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
Oversee quality control of materials and workmanship
Train, mentor, and supervise technicians to maintain high standards of service and safety
Manage work orders, maintenance records, and budgets
Coordinate with the Building Fabric / Civil Engineer on major projects and renovations
Qualifications:
A minimum of 7 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Engineering(Civil) or similar fields.
Minimum of 7 years of supervisory experience in high-end facilities management, preferably in luxury settings
Strong knowledge of building codes, structural maintenance, and safety regulations
Proven leadership and team management skills
Advanced technical certification or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field, or extensive hands-on experience
Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting Sindalah's luxury standards
Strong English skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory
