Job Description
Supervise the civil maintenance team to ensure high-quality repairs and maintenance of building structures.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules. Conduct regular inspections and coordinate necessary repairs
Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards. Oversee quality control of materials and workmanship
Train, mentor and supervise technicians to maintain high standards of service and safety
Manage work orders, maintenance records and budgets.
Coordinate with the Building Fabric/Civil Engineer on major projects and renovations.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 7 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Civil) or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
High standard of civil maintenance services delivery. Effective team leadership and development.
Successful execution of preventive maintenance programs. Positive stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.
Strong knowledge of building codes, structural maintenance and safety regulations
Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong English skills, both written and verbal are mandatory
Advanced technical certification or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field, or extensive hands-on experience
