The Facilities Repairs and Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the effective resolution of all facilities repairs and maintenance concerns in the assigned district. It is also responsible for the implementation of JFCs Comprehensive Maintenance Program and Fire Life Safety Program thru monitoring of the program implementation. Provides guidance to the stores on preemptive measures to mitigate impact of disasters; Assesses store safety after disaster.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
At least 2 years work experience in Facilities Management or Maintenance Management
Must be a licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer.
Knowledgeable in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning, Fire and Life Safety equipment, Ventilation systems, and minor Civil works.
Must be amenable to work within the Zamboanga Peninsula and Iligan City (Office-based with field work).
