FACILITIES / POLLUTION CONTROL OFFICER
 
Work Location: 11th Floor, Velez Medical Arts, Ranudo St., Cebu City
 
Job Qualifications:
Licensed Engineer or any Engineering graduate
With experience as Pollution Control Officer and Safety Officer
With PCO and Safety Officer Training or seminar is an advantage
Experienced in LGU Permitting, Licensing, Certifications processing, and experienced in facilities/engineering maintenance setting
Proficient in Microsoft Office, good written, communication skills, and keen to details.
Job Summary:
Performs clerical tasks including the processing of maintenance requisitions, inventory of supplies, materials and equipment, building supplies, tools, work schedule of job orders, maintaining Maintenance department inventory files. Record keeping of daily maintenance accomplishment. PMS schedule of all Facilities equipment.
Responsible for the compliance of all permits, licenses, and applications in all government agencies that relate to the Facilities Pollution Control Officer, responsible for record-keeping and monitoring of all FPCO-related jobs.
Time-to-time updates to direct superior for any concerns.
