ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, lead, organize and control activities of safety officer, electromechanical technicians, bldg. maintenance technicians & multiskilled technicians to provide efficient and cost-effective service in the areas of operation and maintenance & monitoring of the following system and equipment to support plant objectives: * Electrical (Normal Power & Distribution System, Emergency Power System, Uninterruptible Power Supply(UPS) System, Small Power & Lighting System, Grounding & Lightning Protection System, Safety Related Systems)
Mechanical (Airconditioning System, Compressed Dry Air System, Vacuum System, Exhaust & Ventilation System, Fire Protection System, Elevator System, Nitrogen System, Water Supply System)
Bldg. Maintenance (Building Envelope, Architectural Finishes, Drainage System, Sewerage & Plumbing System, Land Development)
Supervise regular monitoring activities to check for compliance as required by legal and applicable standards, making recommendations/corrections as needed.
Implement maintenance activities for optimum equipment performance thru SAP-PM
Ensure 100% compliance of all technicians to TS 16949, ESH/HISS, ESD, TC and 5S requirements through enforcement of policies and procedures relative to system requirements
Check and review operational and maintenance checklists/records for the purpose of preventing breakdown of systems and equipment.
Prepare reports(monitoring report, consumption report, corrective action report)
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
Certificate/Degree in Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience and/or as Facilities Engineer
Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands
Critical Systems Management experience
Relevant qualification in Occupational Health & Safety
Good communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English
Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems
Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives highly desirable
Proven team leadership skills
Willing to be assigned in Calamba, Laguna
