Qualifications:
A graduate of Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or any related course.
With or Without experience
Proactive, analytical, self-motivated, people-oriented
Must be willing to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
Full-Time position available
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to ensure the smooth operation and optimal performance of facilities.
Manage and prioritize work order, coordinating with technicians and external services providers as needed.
Analyze and troubleshoot complex facility issues, identifying and implementing solutions efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and reports related to facility maintenance and repairs.
Perform regular inspections of facilities to identify and address potential problem proactively.
Stay up-to-date on industry best practice and regulatory requirements for facility management.
Provide guidance and mentorship to Junior Staff and technicians.
Attends to service client's request, concerns and complaints.
Conducts electrical, electronic, and plumbing inventory count and request supplies when needed.
Coordinates and assigns back-up maintenance personnel in case of absences or lack of manpower in housekeeping/ third-party agency staff.
Ensure that the set Building Maintenance Schedule is followed.
Monitors scrap disposal.
Contribute to a positive and professional work environment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace.
Adhere to all company policies and procedure.
Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively with colleagues and other departments.
Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Quality Services
 
For blood extractions, we use brand-name, quality-tested syringes that assures smooth and less painful extraction.
All blood chemistry tests and urinalysis are processed through our state-of-the-art, fully-automated diagnostic equipment which is interfaced to our computers to provide accurate and immediate results. This assures consistency of results compared to manual reading which has human subjectivity.
 
We barcode all specimens to ensure error-free and fail-safe matching of patient and specimen.
