FACILITIES MANAGEMENT OFFICER
Location: Mandaue City, Cebu

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Electrical Systems Management
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in all facilities (branches, warehouse, head office).
Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and local codes.
Mechanical Systems Management:
Manage and maintain HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with health and safety standards.
Supervise the maintenance and repair of mechanical systems
Civil Infrastructure Management:
Supervise the general upkeep of the building's civil infrastructure (e.g., walls, roofs, flooring, windows, doors).
Supervise maintenance work for any structural repairs, including cracks, leaks, or wear and tear.
Plumbing Systems Management:
Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and sewage systems for all facilities.
Perform regular inspections to prevent leaks, blockages, or other plumbing issues.
Vendor and Contractor Management:
Liaise with and manage relationships with external contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance or repairs (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
Obtain quotes, evaluate vendors, and oversee contract management to ensure services are performed on time and within budget.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a related role.
Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.), preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.
Experience managing contracts and relationships with external service providers (e.g., cleaning, landscaping, and maintenance contractors).
A licensed engineer or facilities management certification is a plus but not required.
Salary Range: 25,000 - 30,000
