The Role As a Facilities Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for handling the repairs and maintenance of the facilities in support of the Bank's operations at an optimum cost consistent with quality and performance. How you'll contribute The Role As a Facilities Maintenance Officer , you will be responsible for handling the repairs and maintenance of the facilities in support of the Bank's operations at an optimum cost consistent with quality and performance. How you'll contribute Monitors and assigns facilities, repairs, and maintenance requests via eSource and other communication means to accomplish these requests within the service level agreement. Communicates facilities, installation, repair, and maintenance schedules with stakeholders and external vendors and service providers. Manages the work schedule of technical services to achieve completion of requests within the service level agreement. Coordinates with construction team for electrical, mechanical, alarm, and CCTV equipment installation for new branches and transfer from old to new branches. Facilitates the construction requirements for the installation of ATMs for onsite and offsite locations Implements vendor management via vendor accreditation, evaluations, contracts preparation, and renewals ensuring compliance with related policies of the bank Facilitates the preparation of scope of works and term sheets of service and repair/maintenance contractors within the service level agreement having optimum cost with quality and performance What we're looking for Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Electronic, Industrial, or Mechanical) With at least 3-4 years of related experience in Construction, Facilities, Maintenance, and repairs Sound interpretation of Architectural and Engineering designs. Effective organization skills for people, time, scope, and budget. Good people skills. Good problem-solving skills. Knowledge of building repairs, equipment repairs, and maintenance Experienced in vendor negotiation, vendor management, and project management skills
