Job Summary:
The Facilities Manager is responsible for planning, directing, or coordinating one or more administrative services of an organization, such as customer services, maintenance, information technology, housekeeping and transportation.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Operations Support
1. Supervise the following function;
a. Maintenance
b. Information Technology
c. Housekeeping
d. Transportation
e. Security
2. Ensure that building and facilities are properly maintained and repaired. In-charge of the repairs and maintenance of the building structure.
3. Ensure that maintenance of I.T. Infrastructure of the company is properly done to avoid downtime.
4. Ensure that proper planning for transportation facility consider the needs of the requestor. Also to support the company's need for safe, affordable, and convenient transportation choices.
5. Ensure that management of duties and chores involved in running the organization's accommodation is properly conducted.
6. Ensure that company's asset under the department is properly monitored and secured.
Check Building Facilities and Equipment
7. Perform daily spot checks of all equipment and facilities and identify non-functioning units for immediate repair.
Monitor Safety and Compliance
8. Check compliance to government regulatory requirements and update all engineering records and permits/licenses; lead the department in safety consciousness and emergency preparedness.
Control OPEX
9. Lead the department in energy saving and lower utilities consumption; account for charges involving repairs, maintenance and engineering staff.

10. Oversee all building-related activities.
11. Ensure that the physical environment, general upkeep and cleanliness of the building facilities and its surroundings are in good condition.

13. Ensure proper and wise usage of all utilities (Water, Electric ...)

23. Other instruction as assigned by supervisor from time to time.
Qualifications
Required minimum level of Education:
A qualified candidate must be a graduate of BA or BS Degree in Facility Management, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, Business Management, or other relevant degree. Professional license is a plus.
Required minimum level of Experience:
Preferably Asst. Manager / Managers specializing in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Environmental Health and Safety or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience.
