QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any Bachelor's degree
- Must have at least 5 years & above experience in managerial post.
- Prefer to have a strong experience in Property and Facilities Management.
- Must amenable to work in Alabang, Imus and General Trias (weekly routine)
-Can monitor, supervise and ensure repair and maintenance of the leased premises, and has knowledge in the following:
1. pms of air con units
2. elevator
3. gen set
4. cistern tank and stp
5. pump room
6. fire protection
7. plumbing
8. pest control
9. architectural and structural repair/maintenance
10. electrical concerns
11. some knowledge in negotiation and dealing with clients (verbal and written communication)
12. compliance with ECC
13. submission of reports such as SMR and CMR
14. monitor and coordinate with security and housekeeping agencies
