PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for coordinating and performing maintenance works in all working area in order to ensure timely completion of assigned work in office facilities and equipment.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs skilled work in the painting of building, office furniture, equipment, construction of wooden and metal structures.
Performs complex and skilled work in maintenance of air-conditioning unit.
Ensures in following the scheduled preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities to avoid delay on operation.
Ensures accuracy in detecting faulty operation and defective materials or any unusual situations.
Ensures that all maintenance job requests are serve within the target date set.
Adheres strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of all company policies and procedure.
Ensures clean and orderly work areas.
Complies with ISO procedures.
9. Performs other duties/task as deemed assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
